What data are collected and processed by Playa AquaPark?

To provide you with an optimal service, we sometimes ask you to provide some personal data, for example when subscribing to our newsletter, or when filling in a contact form. Most of the information we ask for is not mandatory. For the contact form, for example, we only require a name and an e-mail address. We use these data to answer your question properly. In addition, the Playa AquaPark website collects user statistics.

If you fill in a contact, quotation, product feed analysis, training registration, application or newsletter subscription form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data will be kept as long as it is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of the e-mail. Indeed, this is a flexible concept, so feel free to ask us if you want to know about a specific case.

This website uses several tools and systems

Playa AquaPark has chosen not to publish a list of all the different cookies and pixels. If you would like to inspect them, this can always be arranged. Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can always unsubscribe. Cookie preferences can be set in your browser.

Use by third parties

Playa AquaPark will not provide your data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Except in the case of a merger or acquisition, in which case Playa AquaPark’s data will go with it.

Inspection, correction and right of objection

If you have a relationship with Playa AquaPark, you may, upon written request, inspect your personal data. Should the data supplied contain inaccuracies, you can then again request us in writing to remove or amend the data. Please send an e-mail to info@playaaquapark.com.

In order for our website to function properly, we use cookies.
